FAQs
Parure (pronounced pah-roor) comes from the French parer, meaning “to adorn.” It refers to a matching set of jewellery designed to be worn together. Once a symbol of elegance and coordinated style in 17th-century France, we at Parure London reimagine this tradition through bold, modern sets designed for now.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and approved. To initiate a return, email us at hello@parurelondon.com. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Our pieces are made from 316L stainless steel and coated using PVD technology, making them highly waterproof, sweat-proof, and resistant to tarnishing. This means they can last for several years without tarnishing - but we still recommend looking after them with care. See more in the 'Jewellery Care' page.
Our manufacturing partner is a Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) certified factory, meeting international standards for ethical, social, and environmental practices.
The plating process uses energy-efficient PVD technology, and the stainless steel used is over 60% recycled and 100% recyclable.
At the moment, due to the small stock sizes of our first launch, all pieces come in one size. We’ve aimed to make the fit work for as many people as possible, with the bracelet and necklace featuring multiple clasp options for adjustable length. The ring is made in the average UK size O.
