By ordering from Parure London, you agree to our Terms of Service and policies outlined below.All items are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or violates our terms.Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Dispatch times may vary according to stock levels and shipping destination.
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Klarna, Stripe and PayPal.All transactions are processed securely and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Parure London does not store full payment card details.Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Currency conversions may vary based on your payment provider.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee modifications or cancellations. If you wish to make changes, please contact hello@parurelondon.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
Shipping & delivery
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding UK public holidays). Domestic orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days. International delivery times vary by destination. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that shipping details are accurate, as we cannot amend addresses after dispatch.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, and items returned within 28 days.Items must be unworn, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days once the item is received.
Taxes & duties
UK orders include VAT. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.
